Sometimes classifieds are constructed of unclassified facts that assembled into a complete narrative creates a classified.
Classified info is of course illegal to distribute. If someone asked a question assuming you would know the answer, and you started trying to find the answer and came upon a a group of other facts then the person asking the question did not give you any facts.
Your Lone_Gunmen, at least at first, need to be volunteers who are going to work in a focused manner and rubber neckers creating background noise are not helpful.
The information is too much to be absorbed and accepted by those who dont normally follow politics. Even too much to accept by many of those who do. Autists dribbling hints for people to investigate themselves slowly lets people learn themselves and are more likely to accept what they have learned.

Maybe so. Not everyone agrees on all the interpretations. There are those who are said to be chasing false leads, that is assuming some are real of course. Some of it does appear to be precisely predictive though and not just in the way of the wild speculations of Nostrildumbass adherents.
