If I were he, I would try my best to hook up with some Spook who can get him a new identity with all the back stories and pocket litter and anonymous accounts. They say you are more likely to be the only winner if you play numbers over 30 as most people play birthdays anniversaries etc with most numbers lower than 30. Frankly I think the 170 million in taxes would cover the taking care of humanity part. :-)
