Comedian and actress Sarah Silverman revealed she "fell in love" with the Trump supporters she met while filming her new Hulu satirical series, "I Love You, America."
“When you’re one-on-one with someone who doesn’t agree with you, or whose ideology is different than yours, when you’re face to face, your porcupine needles go down,” Silverman told Vulture Festival attendees in Los Angeles Sunday night, according to the Hollywood Reporter.
“The surprise was … I fell in love with them. I had a great time with them and I felt comfortable," she continued.

I have had the misfortune to watch her once or twice because hubby was watching her. She is a vile creature. She will never change.

She seems to be a hyper bitter, angry person who specializes in vagina jokes because she can’t get a reaction with actual humor. Even if she were being genuine here I would still have no incentive to watch her.
I am always stunned by her as she is an extreme dissonance to my consciousness. On one hand, she is physically rather attractive and on the surface appears so normal, yet the vileness that proceeds out of her just stuns me. In the past I have tried to like her, but then the reality of her personality just shocks and overwhelms me. It just seems so strange that someone so outwardly attractive is so inwardly vulgar.

Not surprising. Silverman is a comedian and these days her fellow liberals have zero sense of humor. They're sullen, depressed, and angry. Trump voters are happy and laughing about everything! We're fun to be around!

Spot on post. Used to wonder if Jimmy Kimmel had made a mistake when he married her. They are not married now....I see he is just as vile as she is.
Maybe but in this case, my guess is that as an 'effort to get new viewers', this is likely to cause 'her base' who might have watched her, leave in droves. I don't think that makes sense.
I think we're starting see people on the left who are tired of being told they have to be eternally pissed off because Trump.
A coworker of mine who considers himself a "left-leaning moderate" told me the other day, "I just can't watch the news anymore. All they do is scream about Trump. They're so angry all the time!"
It's emotionally taxing to be so filled with rage. It's just not healthy.
