I made the mistake of catching the first minute of the CBS Nightly News. Talk about burying the lede...They opened the news with the following:
"We now know that President Donald Trump prefers an accused sexual predator over a Democrat in the Senate when he came out in support of Roy Moore today..."I then changed the channel.
That's how CBS chose to set the table before getting to the Charlie Rose story.
