Women are routinely far more vicious to each other than any decent man would ever be to any woman. Only feminists or fools would ever believe that "all women" equates with "no conflict".

The big issue with women in the workplace is that women tend to take things very personally, and are more likely to hold a grudge for a long time over real or imagined slights. This can be corrosive to a work environment.

But God help you if you are a man and upset a woman. They will ALL gang up on you.
