I ride around the Mall area most every other day on my bicycle. I’ve watched Obama and now Trump pass by numerous times.

When Obama went by, I never saw him as he was sitting back in the car. Every time Trump has passed he was leaning forward and waved back at those who waved to him. He doesn’t just wave, he only waves to those who wave to him. My wife and I have both witnessed this and are sure about it.
