the Los Angeles Police Department robbery homicide division has interviewed a potential sexual assault victim involving Harvey Weinstein, which allegedly occurred in 2013. The case is under investigation at this point."
The alleged victim was an unnamed Italian model-actress who said Weinstein "forcibly raped" her at the Mr. C Beverly Hills Hotel in Los Angeles after the 8th annual Los Angeles, Italia Film, Fashion and Art Fest in February of 2013, according to the Los Angeles Times.
"He ... bullied his way into my hotel room, saying, 'I'm not going to [have sex with] you, I just want to talk,'" the woman told the newspaper. "Once inside, he asked me questions about myself, but soon became very aggressive and demanding and kept asking to see me naked."
Then, she said, "He grabbed me by the hair and forced me to do something I did not want to do. He then dragged me to the bathroom and forcibly raped me."
Afterward, she said, "he acted like nothing happened."

I’d prefer Kim Jong.
Why would a beautiful model marry that creep? Could it be she knew her looks, and earning capacity wouldn’t last long?
I’m starting to believe they’re all whores. They can trade their bodies or trade their silence.
And remember, Weinstein wanted to show a young actress how to do a sex scene saying “Lots of stars have done it.” I believe him.
I hope he sings like a McCain.
“I would ask Trump to pardon Weinstein, if he sings, and tells everything he knows.” I don’t think it would take that. Harvey seems to be to be a “If I’m going down I’m taking everyone with me” kind of guy. Get the popcorn ready.
People don’t just give away $250,000 without knowing for sure what will happen to that money. It may just be access, but I would bet they know exactly why they forked it all over.
Asia Argento? Didn’t she publicly accuse him?
I understand she didn’t report this at the time. No rape kit could make prosecution tough.
