If he wasn’t thinking about it, why did he always manage to block the exit? There’s more than one story about him blocking a doorway, chasing after someone... it sounds to me like the woman being unwilling and having that look on her face was very much a component of his arousal.
What makes her a slut? Fear has a way of keeping secrets and she looks rather young. The fear of being blacklisted is strong. People obviously believed her and they were not doing anything about it. She probably thought speaking out would not get anywhere.
