FULL TITLE: 'My heart is in pieces': Father's heartbreak after three bullies call his seven-year-old special needs son a 'monster' at school

A father was left heartbroken after bullies called his seven-year-old son a 'monster' at school.

Dan Bezzant broke down crying after hearing what happened to his son, Jackson, on Thursday.

The Idaho dad said he received a phone call from his ex-wife explaining that Jackson was eating when three older boys started bullying him.

'They were saying he looked like a monster and kept calling him names,' Bezzant told EastIdahoNews.com.

I was just about constantly bullied from first grade until I graduated from high school.. I got my butt kicked at least weekly, and was teased hourly. I was a skinny, asthmatic wimp with no self esteem. I even got physically pushed around by girls. Was also a year younger than most of my classmates (I started first grade when I was 4).

My father did intervene any time that my physical injuries were obvious. But for just teasing, and name calling, I had to just take it.

Made me a stronger person once I figured it all out.

And teachers and administrators do absolutely nothing. In fact, most times they side with the bullies. Because they are also liberal bullies

ANOTHER REASON TO HOMESCHOOL

This ping list is for the other articles of interest to homeschoolers about education and public school. This can occasionally be a fairly high volume list. Articles pinged to the Another Reason to Homeschool List will be given the keyword of ARTH. (If I remember. If I forget, please feel free to add it yourself)

The main Homeschool Ping List handles the homeschool-specific articles. I hold both the Homeschool Ping List and the Another Reason to Homeschool Ping list. Please freepmail me to let me know if you would like to be added to or removed from either list, or both.

School can be rough for those who are different.

We’re you handicapped too?
Come on, you really think this boy should be able to take crap from three little heartless bastards?
I hear ur story. I’m sure your stronger for it. Hey, I took one in the gut in 3rd grade and didn’t cry to my dad, but This child isn’t your normal, run of the mill kid. My wife’s a teacher and I hear this stuff way to often. Kids today aren’t like when we were kids. Kids today are way worse.
I agree with u on one thing. As a Dad I wouldn’t be crying——I’d be in jail right now

Oh, and by the way: I wasn’t even writing about the kid’s situation, which is horrible, and I despise those bullies and the school administration which apparently allows it.

I was writing about the fathers reaction to just break down and cry, rather than to ACT LIKE A MAN.

I saw this movie. It was WONDERFUL and will take you on an emotional roller coaster. I very highly recommend to anybody and everybody.

As a wild youth, elementary school student Shouya Ishida sought to beat boredom in the cruelest ways. When the deaf Shouko Nishimiya transfers into his class, Shouya and the rest of his class thoughtlessly bully her for fun. However, when her mother notifies the school, he is singled out and blamed for everything done to her. With Shouko transferring out of the school, Shouya is left at the mercy of his classmates. He is heartlessly ostracized all throughout elementary and middle school, while teachers turn a blind eye.

Now in his third year of high school, Shouya is still plagued by his wrongdoings as a young boy. Sincerely regretting his past actions, he sets out on a journey of redemption: to meet Shouko once more and make amends.

Koe no Katachi tells the heartwarming tale of Shouya's reunion with Shouko and his honest attempts to redeem himself, all while being continually haunted by the shadows of his past.

Well, the guy's ex-wife called him, which should lead to the question: How often does he see his son? If he got shafted in divorce court, which usually happens, does he get to see him one or two weekends a month? If so, then he likely can't do much to help his son, and that may be why he could only cry.

Exactly. He may have been crying because he is not able to be there to be a Dad to his own son in any meaningful way.

Do that in a public school and the manly adult is arrested.

Besides women have done their best to get men out of all levels of teaching. Its so frigging PC feminist in these places you can’t teach with any authority. Without fear of being fired and sued.

There’s a reason women are kept in the harem, to protect them from men.

No? If you can raise men to be civilized and not rape women you can raise children to not attack the handicapped or deformed.

my exp with a child, now grown who did not fit in at all at school is the schools talk a big story for the appearance of being loving, and caring, and supporting diversity....

but if its some shy, withdrawn little kid...forget it....it just doesn't get the press...

I found way too many school administers and teachers to be quite shallow......

Loved this!.....

We used to go to the YMCA and grab ever kid standing alone and invite them to form two teams and play basketball with us. The college kids hated me because I would take half of their full court away from them so the younger kids could play.

This is what happens in a post-Christian nation. When we do not teach our children the way to live as God’s children, Satan teaches our children to do his evil deeds.

I hate to post this.
This is the real deal, it promotes the rejection of God.

How ironic they think it’s some kind of game.
It is a deadly game!

This hit home for me...it’s my home town.

I wish it were so. What you don’t see are all the attacks and rapes on these poor folks. They don’t make the news because as a police chief said to me, we don’t want to give the mouthbreathers any new ideas.

We humans are fallen and the vulnerable among us deserve protections.
