20 miles south of KATL, heavy winds and rain, no power for last hour. College kids playing beer pong on the kitchen table, generator gassed up in the back of the truck and ready to power the house if necessary, sittiing
on the front porch with a Padron and a G&T, still have data on my ipad so i can keep up with FR. Glad its not directly over us.

Lights flickered throughout the day up over here near Marietta (NW of ATL itself), but winds were moderate (less than 45 mph) all day with occasional higher gusts. Near-constant rain at 1 inch per hour.
Our own neighborhood has small branches down all over, but no big trees blocking the closest roads.
