American banker denies pushing woman into path of London bus
An investment banker from California has been arrested on suspicion of pushing a woman into the path of a London bus, but he claims he was in the U.S. when the incident took place.
Eric Bellquist has "irrefutable proof" he was not in the United Kingdom when the alleged shove took place in May, his lawyers say.

The news organization is irresponsible to release his name and photo before his guilt has been proven. Just being accused of such a hateful act could ruin someone’s career and safety. Were the genders reversed, I tend to think there would be far more discretion at this point.
Genders? Don’t you mean sexes were reversed. or are you one of them. Every time you use the word gender incorrectly, you are aiding and abetting.
If it is really not him, he should be extremely happy they did this. Clear cut libel case.
No. To my knowledge it is no-one’s “privilege” to engage in attempted murder of someone quietly just walking along. I think the word we are looking for is “psychopath.” Calling it “privilege” makes it sound like the sort of thing that anyone of the cited demographic might engage in... which is really twisted and horrific if you think about it.
The only privilege I have is high blood pressure and gout. You can have them if you want them.

As I watched the video (twice), it appeared to to me that the runner purposely moved to the woman and pushed her.

I just read the comments on Heavy.com which are terrifying. It is well past time for the vast majority of Americans to drop this divisive demographic based hate and to begin to treat one another like valued fellow citizens.
There is a word for people who behave in a callous fashion like this jogger did. Criminals.

He’s gonna need irrefutable proof. The video I saw showed a guy who looks a lot like him knock a woman into the bus lane.
