Any similarity between John McCain and Teddy Roosevelt is grossly distorted.

I hope that he gets to meet his hero in person, real soon.

Theodore Roosevelt hated communists, as most of the progressives did.
That doesn’t make him a good person, and it does not absolve progressive ideology of its destructiveness.

Correction: I typed that a little hastily. Constitutionally, TR was a nightmare. He was probably a good father/good person and else in private life, away from the levers of power and abuse of authority.
I meant my comment solely in the context of the United States Constitution and paper shredders.(which progressives are want to do)

He may have hated communist at the time but Bernie Sanders and Elizabeth Warrens policies are firmly rooted in Teddy’s Square Deal.

Yeah actually TR, while not as bad as McShame or his cousin Satan, was no great shakes.

Teddy Roosevelt who I loved for somethings(his personal rugged individualism and Americanism ) and loathed for others (his misguided progressivism ) was a believer in the worst practices of eugenics.
How bout you Juan?

Sad thing is, they probably voted for him because of what he did 45 years ago, not what he did in the last 6/12//18. Either that, or they just voted for him because he had an R behind his name. Or out of force of habit, stupidity, or gullibility. Or all of the above.
