FULL TITLE: Charlie Gard judge said case highlights "pitfalls" of social media and hits out at "ill-informed opinion"

Mr Justice Francis said the case had escalated to an 'international scale' and had even involved President Trump, the Vatican and Theresa May The High Court judge who oversaw Charlie Gard's parents' five-month battle said the case highlighted the "pitfalls" of social media - and hit out at "ill informed opinion".

Mr Justice Francis said the case had escalated to an "international scale" and had "even involved President Trump, the Vatican and Theresa May".

He said he had to try cases on the basis on evidence.

But he suggested that social media allowed people to express misinformed opinions.

You denied the child and the parents their inalienable right to life and liberty. You substituted your will for theirs. You are a moral degenerate, you powdered wig fraud.

England needs to throw off their oppressors, their “royals”, and the rest of their inherited offices.

He said he had to try cases on the basis on evidence.

Funny, it looks like he tried the case strictly on the ideology that the people belong to the state.

This is the state acting as God. We are here: Francis A. Schaeffer has argued, “If there are no absolutes by which to judge society, then society is absolute.” Francis Schaeffer, How Shall We Then Live? (Old Tappan NJ: Fleming H Revell Company, 1976), p. 224.
Britain is lost if this continues, indeed it already is............

The evidence is pretty clear. Charlie Gard is a living human being, and his parents want to do everything they can to save his life. And it won’t even cost the state anything extra to give them that most basic right.

The hospital and judge delayed the treatment available by their denial and obstruction until it was too late for the child.

That’s what stands out to me.

Its about the kind of health care system folks like Warren Buffett want to impose on us as a means of cutting business costs.

Earlier this year Buffett claimed health care costs were a more serious burden for American business than taxes.

And guys like Buffett support “family planning” and the culture of death including Planned Parenthood. Bill Gates is in on it, too.

Heck, when the Susan G. Komen Foundation for a moment decided to end Planned Parenthood funding, that billionaire Michael Bloomberg offered to replace the money lost.

The Corporatist-Globalist Culture of Death wins and our politicians are 99 percent supported by the pro-death business and banking elites.

I'm sure that the honorable Mr Justice would prefer that no light be shined on Britain's death panels. Let them kill sick children and the elderly quietly. No fuss. No muss.

That would free up more money for all those peaceful immigrants on the dole. Right, Mr Justice?

No money for Charlie Gard. But plenty of money for these nice folks.

I believe it has been suggested that “Justice Francis” should be sanctioned by the President and I agree as in a prohibition on his entry into the USA.

The POTUS did it with groups of people from terror countries, why not this guy and others involved in Charlie Gard’s death.

And if a court overturns, I swear its time for the executive to disobey and if the judges want to call officials on the carpet lower than President Trump (they have no authority over him) for banning this guy, do the Abe Lincoln thing.

President Lincoln put federal judges under house arrest to prevent them from ruling in favor of those considered Confederate sympathizers in the North like “Copperhead Democrats”.

THIS is Socialism.

Health didn’t matter. Money didn’t matter.

Power is what mattered.

Socialism can not allow anyone to succeed. Everyone must belong to the collective or it fails. If one is allowed to leave the collective then others will clamor to leave. This can not be allowed.

I think it’s a given that at the least this story shows what happens when somebody with no common sense of Justice becomes a judge.

Judge should have just washed his hands of the matter and allowed him to the U.S. Instead he does a good imitation of Inspector Javert from Les Miserable.

The medical establishment in Britain admitted they had nothing to offer Charlie besides death.

Experimental therapy offered Charlie a remote but real chance at life.

Either choice would have been reasonable, but that choice should have been made by the parents, not by some damn judge. Also, the choice should have been made very quickly, not delayed by hearings.

The U.S. should offer citizenship to Charlie Gard's parents, if that has not already been done. We'll see if the glorious state will permit its worker units to leave.

This pompous ass of a bureaucrat doesn’t know when to shut his stupid mouth. All the games and six months of delays deprived Charlie and his parents of their chance for beneficial treatment in the US.
