Looking at the environment, this picture seems to have been taken in the city of Hoffuf in the Eastern Province of Saudi. I know the place, but I have never met her.

But that the President was Bush, I can’t imagine why we wouldn’t have taken the saudis down immediately post 9/11.
Is it unacceptable to wear a miniskirt or unacceptable to wear a miniskirt in public?
I would be curious if they have laws against selling miniskirts. Is the seller responsible for the action caused by the wearing of the miniskirt?
