Normalization of Assassination - Olympus Has Fallen promo on TBS

I was watching reruns of The Big Bang Theory on TBS last night, and they had promos for the movie, Olympus Has Fallen, which airs tonight.

The plot of the movie involves North Korean terrorists who size the White House, kill dozens of people, and hold the President hostage. TBS cuts the promo to play this plot for laughs.

In one promo, the VP in the Situation Room are communicating with the terrorist over a video connection, and the terrorist threatens to kill the President, and a scenes from the end of the movie is cut in where everybody in the Situation Room laughs and the VP says "At last some good news!"

Another promo has a C130 gunship shooting up the White House, and this is played for laughs.

This is yet another example of the normalization of violence against President Trump, which has reached the point where a movie about terrorists holding the White House hostage is seen as a good thing and a suitable subject for humor.

“Olympus Has Fallen”

Another politically correct rendition of a “what if” scenario. The Hollywood Left has to use its power to influence, mold, and form public opinion.

The North Koreans (at the time and unlikely group) were used in place of Hezbollah, Hamas, Al Qaeda or any of the other offshoots of the Muslim Brotherhood. After all, at the time of the films production, wasn’t Obama saying that Al Qaeda had been defeated? Wasn’t Hillary gearing up for a run at the White House?

This choice was specifically because of fear. Not the term “Islamophobia”, thrown out by the Left, but actual fear that Muslim would erupt, if they Muslim Extremist were depicted as the culprits. ISIS had not yet taken to social media to exhibit their cruelty.

Could a version of either “Olympus Has Fallen” or “White House Down” be produced by Hollywood with ISIS as the culprit,now? The Left won’t produce such a movie or mini-series, because fear. They weren’t going to do it in 2013, and they certainly won’t now. Remember the mini-series about the Kennedys that was canned, because it might reflect on the Democrat Party? Remember Dinesh D’Souza problems?

There is a deep fear by the Left of that “Tiger in the Room” (Islam). It’s not an elephant. It has claws.

The Socialist Left has sided with Islam, thinking it can use Muslims to destroy our Republic. The Left believes that from the ruins of our Republic, they can dominate and establish a Socialist Utopia. So, there is fear, but it is by the Socialist Left. They censor news, and speech, and use the MSM to mold opinion, just as they have since the 50’s.

Back in the 70’s there was going to be a film about the life of Muhammad, based on Muslim history of Mohammed’s life. The excuse that Islam takes the stand that there can be no image of Mohammed, there was a Muslim outcry and film was canned. The truth about the origins of Islam had to be concealed. The film was canned. This was after much pressure was taken against Hollywood.

After failing to destroy Israel in 1973, and discovering that repeated attempts to destroy Israel by armed force wasn’t working, even with Soviet help, the Arab nations started using the oil production as a weapon against the West. Remember the long lines at gas stations in the middle 70’s. The oil states started throwing their money around and buying influence.

There were many Muslims in American universities in the 70’s. Actually there were many Iranians. They discovered the fact that the MSM could be used to sway public opinion and drive an American President from office. They realized that the Socialist Left had taken over the Democrat Party, and the shout from the Left that “The Media is the Message” held true. One of the Arab nations bought out a news wire service in the 70’s. What purpose, but to influence and help mold “news”.

Many of the Iranian students returned to Iran as Socialists. A revolution was formed to take the Shah out of power. Our own MSM was instrumental in the revolution. Unfortunately the Socialist as always underestimated the Mullahs. The Socialist and Mullahs united to take the Shah down, but the Mullahs were a little more violent. The result is what we have now, a radical Islamic state dedicated to the destruction of the West and intent upon Armageddon.

The ties between the Iranian Socialists and the American Left stayed strong, until we eventually found under the last Presidency, both Shiite and Sunni agents inluencing the White House.

There is so much fear that the truth about Islam and/or the Socialist Democrats goals will be exposed, that the Left now uses their old tried and true weapon of censorship along with propaganda to sway and form public opinion.

Oswald reported to James Jesus Angleton, the counter-intelligence chief for the CIA.

They taught him Russian while he was a Marine in Japan.

They sent him to Russia armed with data on the U-2 spy plane so the CIA could disrupt Eisenhower peace talks with Russia.

They brought him back to America for “other duties as assigned”.

What Lee didn’t know was that one of those duties was to be the patsy for the JFK assassination.

No. In the movie, the president (Aaron Eckhart) is not shot. The NORKs assault the outside of the White House (the SS & capitol hill cops for sure get the worst of it) with a gunship and vans with .50 cals, prompting the internal security to take the pres & the entire party down to the secure room-—exactly what the NORK and their American traitor want. There, they overpower the SS guards and hold the Pres & some of the cabinet hostage for the secure codes to the nukes. The goal is to launch all US nuke missiles, then abort them over American soil.

(Never mind that the abort doesn’t cause a nuke reaction, but . . . .)

Eventually Gerard Butler defeats the remaining outside NORK baddies, then frees the pres as he is being taken out as a hostage. There, Eckhart and Butler fight the King NORK and the American traitor, killing the baddies.

While completely preposterous, it is nevertheless a good movie once you suspend reality. Delta Force tries to land troops on the White House, only to be shot to pieces by a Gatling gun type system the NORKs put in place (in a few hours, no less). The C-130 dodging fighter aircraft missiles with its massive chaff is a great scene.

This movie is so much better than the Jamie Foxx (Pres Zero look alike) “White House Down” it isn’t funny. The latter is boring and not-believable. The former is just not believable.
