Australian tourists are unwittingly eating dog meat in Bali, according to evidence provided to the ABC's 7.30 program.

The animals are brutally caught and then butchered not far from the beaches visited by more than 1 million Australians every year.

'Nothing prepared me for the brutal catching of dogs'

Equipped with little more than his phone, a scooter and a small video camera, investigator 'Luke' spent four months infiltrating and documenting the brutal dog meat trade in Bali. Some of the animals are poisoned, posing a risk to human health, according to a leading toxicologist.

Whilst eating dog meat is not illegal in Bali, killing animals cruelly or eating meat contaminated with poison is against the law, Animals Australia's campaign director Lyn White said.

When I was a kid, the old man and my brother and I were looking for a place to eat while my Mother was having the kid brother.

I was about ten at the time. I suggested Mexican food.

‘Mexican!’, he exploded. Have you ever seen any cats around a Mexican restaurant?

My brother and I looked at each other and both shook our heads no and told the old man that while we hadn’t seen any we weren’t sure we’d seen none, either.

‘That’s what they put in those damned tacos’.

End of discussion.

I realized some years later he just didn’t like messican, as he called it.

Still, to this day, I wonder...cat? Hmmmm.

1. One would be nuts going to Bali when Vietnam is far cheaper and even more exotic.

2. I’d still look out for dog meat.

I found it to be a bit stringy, but not as tough as monkey.

In China they believe that hours of torture make the dogs taste better.

And hey. Barbarians do tend to get along well. Cruelty to animals, btw, is a Hallmark of psychopathology. If the shoe fits then enjoy the many videos on you tube of dogs being cooked alive, dipped in hot oil, tortured in every possible manner by the sadist scum in the dog meat markets of Asia.

Funny. That’s how I feel they should get treated before they are slowly garroted.

Do you wait for your dog to clean its rear end before you give it wet kisses?

Torturing dogs is one hallmark of psychopaths who often move on to children and other targets.

Perhaps you have found your calling.
