He added that “the most likely the primary control knob is the ocean waters and this environment that we live in.” …

True. Well, and then there's the sun. That probably has something to do with it.

The prime driver of warming is the energy received from the Sun. So, wrong.

Funny how the global warming alarmists seem to forget that big fusion reactor up in the sky. And the sun, for reasons as yet unknown, does go thru cycles where its output diminishes. With a long enough spell, you get an ice age on Earth. In fact, we're still recovering from the last ice age.

You think? Is that why planets closer to the sun are warmer than those farther away?

I agree.

In fact, the year 1816, the year without a summer, is evidence that political correct AGW is science fiction imo.

Mainstream scientific consensus, they’re the folks who shout down, then boot out, any scientist who disagrees with global warming.

It is not "mainstream" in the sense of being real science. It was mainstreamed artificially by the granting of funds to research it. But the the idea itself was scientifically dead as soon as the the lag between temp and CO2 started showing up in the ice core data over a decade ago.

Be careful with this line of thinking. Planet Mercury is closest to the sun but Venus is hotter, and this because Mercury has no atmosphere.

My house today, 119.

Tomorrow, 122.

Kind of like a beef jerky convection oven in my back yard.
