A federal judge on Friday dismissed a lawsuit brought against former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton by relatives of two Americans killed during the 2012 attack in Benghazi, Libya.

Mrs. Clinton neither enabled the Benghazi attack by using her now-infamous private email server nor defamed its victims’ parents afterwards, U.S. District Court Judge Amy Berman Jackson ruled Friday in Washington, D.C., casting aside claims raised on behalf of parents of slain State Department information officer Sean Smith and late CIA operative Tyrone Woods.

The Smith and Woods families sued Mrs. Clinton last August in D.C. federal court alleging she caused their sons’ deaths by discussing sensitive State Dept. matters over an insecure, nongovernmental email system while secretary of state, supposedly providing terrorists with information used to plot the Sept. 11, 2012 ambush, according to the lawsuit.

Any emails sent by Mrs Clinton were within the scope of her position as secretary of state, the Obama-appointed judge ruled Friday,

While I agree with your outrage the DOJ can’t overrule the judge. Only a higher court can. The dismissal can be appealed.

my letter to Charlie :

Aloha Charlie

I am writing to let you know that I am launching a campaign to
request that President Trump over-rule Judge Jackson’s dismissal of
your law suit against Hillary Clinton,

It is disgraceful . That once again these sickening , partisan , Obama appointed ,
Leftist activist judges continue to rule errantly from their bench ; endangering America
and causing gross failures of justice .

This will not stand .

For your part , please appeal this dismissal.
Please let me know of continuing developments in this case
and I will make sure that they get to President Trump directly .

Good luck .
Millions are with you !

_____________________________

Folks , please get on board for this one . I know there are some brilliant , well informed and much experienced Freepers out there . Let’s be innovative . I hope he/they will appeal the dismissal . In the mean time , let’s do our best to put this on President Trump’s radar .
Thanks !

Her "deplorable" and dishonest performance at her alma mater's commencement this week illustrates the total depravity and lack of self-perception of this person.

For her to state that "truth and reason" are "under attack" indicates that she is incapable of understanding either "truth" or "reason."

What a sad, pathetic character who risks being noted by future historians as a leader in the movement to take America back to Old World status among the nations of the world, and away from its place as a beacon for individual freedom and limited government power.

Nothing irritates God more than injustice. Contrary to popular Christian interpretation, Sodom was not burned because of Homosexuality, but because of injustice.

These corrupt partisan judges call the country into judgement far worse than Sodom-francisco.

Well, as much as I’d like to see Cankles living in a box under a bridge, drinking Sterno, it would be an awful precedence to set for future SOS’.

The left wouldn’t think twice about drumming up bogus BS to harm/smear/destroy a Conservative SOS. Just look what they and the Enemy Media are trying to do to President Trump.

Just MHO. *SHRUG*

I’m in for the moral support of writing and calling President Trump and my congressman. Beyond that, will have to think a bit.

Klayman said his clients should have been allowed to force Clinton into a deposition to question her about her use of the private server he called "illegal" but which former FBI Director James Comey said did not meet the standards for prosecution.

Klayman said Jackson should have allowed a jury to decide whether Clinton's statements were defamatory. The judge "clearly put politics and ahead of her oath of office as a judge to administer to the law in a neutral unbiased way," the longtime Clinton gadfly added.

"Judge Jackson, who is an Obama appointee and a Democrat, was clearly protecting Mrs. Clinton and this intellectually dishonest decision will be appealed. My clients are confident of success," Klayman said.-- Suit against Hillary Clinton over Benghazi deaths and emails is dismissed=Politico

Judge Jacksoson should be up on impeachment charges immediately.

This is an obvious and egregious malfaction of office for gross political purpose.

Larry Klayman will take this lawsuit to the Roberts Supreme Court, where--with certainty-- Hillary will be found guilty of all charges

Clinton most certainly did defame the families, on multiple occasions. There is plenty of video.

They were about yoga, her daughter’s wedding, and condolence notes.

> The Smith and Woods families sued Mrs. Clinton [] alleging she caused their sons’ deaths by discussing sensitive State Dept. matters over an insecure, nongovernmental email system while secretary of state, supposedly providing terrorists with information used to plot the Sept. 11, 2012 ambush, according to the lawsuit.

An email containing the whereabouts and plans of murdered U.S. Ambassador Chris Stevens passed through Hillary Clinton’s private server, dispatches released Monday in the final group of messages from Clinton’s emails reveal. The email in question was written Sunday, April 10, 2011 by State employee Timmy Davis and sent to the State email addresses of other employees, including Clinton’s then-foreign policy aide, Jacob Sullivan and Clinton’s senior aide. Abedin forwarded the message to Clinton. http://www.breitbart.com/national-security/2016/03/01/hillary-emails-betrayed-whereabouts-of-murdered-ambassador-chris-stevens/

This is just what we know about.

The Clinton/Obama “Arab Spring” created the environment.
