Update, 3:30 am May 27 Jeremy Joseph Christian, 35 was booked into the Multnomah County Detention Center on suspicion of aggravated murder and attempted murder early Saturday morning, records show. He is being held without bail.
A Portland police spokesman didn't immediately return an email seeking information about whether Christian is the suspect in the fatal MAX stabbing....
Two men were killed in a stabbing on a MAX train Friday when they tried to intervene as another man yelled racial slurs at two young women who appeared to be Muslim, including one wearing a hijab, police said.
A third passenger who tried to help was also stabbed, but is expected to survive, said Portland police spokesman Sgt. Pete Simpson......

Apparent white suspect with criminal record, being pushed in Portlandia as a "hate crime". He purportedly made comments to Muslim women before the violence broke out.
He was sort of dopey when he stabbed passengers on the commuter train, so maybe this is a drunk guy or a drugged guy.
The media will absolutely love this.
Obviously all the outrage is going to be about the “White” guy who made comments to muzzies.

In Multnomah County if he had been an illegal alien a judge would have helped him escape out the back door of the courthouse.
I picked up through the reporters Twitter pages-Maxine Bernstein and Jim Ryan of “OregonLive” a retweet of a FBI statement on this matter.
“The FBI is aware of the attacks tonight, and we are offering any resource that may assist Portland Police in their investigation. We will certainly be looking at the facts and evidence as the investigation unfolds to determine whether there is any potential federal violation.
At the core of the FBI’s mission is the belief that every person has the right to live, work and worship in this country without fear. Hate and bigotry have no place in our community, and we will not allow violence in the name of hate to go unanswered.”

The season finale for Law and Order: Special Victims Unit was a liberal wet dream with two white guys, made out to be complete white trash of course, murdered two members of a Muslim family who owned a restaurant. It was a who’s-who of liberal causes. My wife nearly walked away from it altogether, and I wouldn’t have blamed her.
Problem is that this is likely a case of severe mental illness and a sign of Portland’s lack of attention to an actual problem instead of blaming it on whitey.

The guy has at least a couple of mug shots. Based on his behavior leading up to and during the attacks, I would not be surprised if this guy was higher than a kite.

I don’t know the full story but there will come a time when people push back against muslims rightly or wrongly. Part of the problem is that no American is allowed to speak openly of his concerns and fears of these murderous people. When you suppress words, the only other outlet is action. So the government should expect this in light of the suppression of free thought and free speech.

The MSM and the Politicians need to point out the he was crazy and a lone wolf. Their first concern should be that there is no backlash against white people.

From the badly written article, what appears to have happened is
1) man yells slurs at Muslim women
2) two men “intervene”
3) two men get stabbed.
My speculation is that the guy was drunk, said something, two Muslim men decide to kick his ass, and find out the guy has a knife and is unwilling to be beaten.
Guy is screwed. It’s not self defense if you instigated the fight.
This is Oregon of which we speak here, and more particularly, Portland. It will be virtually impossible to determine, from the miasma that surrounds the official interpretation of events, the ethnic identity of the participants, except to ascertain that it was probably the Muslims who were the victims.
Obviously this was a hate crime, which is subject to a much more severe felony than mere stabbing.
Especially if the actual person who wielded the knife happened to be an immigrant of Islamic origins.
