Popular atheist author calls them a ‘cult’
Racism is alive and well at Evergreen State College – and its target is white people who refuse to apologize for being white.
Students at the Washington liberal arts school, whose main claim to fame is alumnus and Simpsons creator Matt Groening, harassed Biology Prof. Bret Weinstein because he refused to leave campus for the annual “Day of Absence” April 12, The Washington Times reports.
Incredibly, they are trying to get him fired.
Evergreen State practices explicit and institutional racial segregation once a year. Typically nonwhite students and faculty leave campus (to show how valuable they are) and the whites stay on campus (to be indoctrinated in “anti-racism workshops and seminars”), but this year it was reversed, and Weinstein told the director of a campus multicultural office that he was staying put.

The professor being attacked and stalked by the blacks has a brother who is pretty high up in Peter Theil’s organization. (one of them.)

I don’t have any direct experience with these youngsters, but from what I have read about them, I would say the professor is correct in calling them a cult. Their behavior, their rigid views, their demonization of those who don’t agree with them, their need for safe spaces, all smack of cult.
Why can’t the professor Sue each of them Personally for creating a “Hostile work environment”?? I would make the argument that the Students are in effect the employer.
The professor himself is an ultra-liberal who never objected to the “Day of Absence” when it involved minorities leaving the campus to show how much they would be missed. He objected because, in this year’s version, WHITES were asked to leave, not to show how much they would be missed, but as a kind of collective punishment for being white.
I saw him on Tucker. He said the students had threatened violence if the president did not yield to their demands and that he has asked the campus police to stand down.
When is this day of color?? I say we stack the deck ... I’m white ... I’ll go!
Okay so next year ... then again scientifically speaking .. White is ALL colors so what’s the problem?
These things become more prevalent every day.
