The darker the better (seriously!) Dark chocolate is good for your heart. This is said today. Eat it NOW as tomorrow the story may change. (It’s been known to happen)

I believe my Chocolate Prescription is due for renewal.
My Doctor reccomends Cadbury’s Fruit & Nut Bar; two per week, as needed for peace and joy.

Dark is really the only kind eaten. Milk chocolate is far too sweet and doesn’t digest well for me. I contribute this to the fact that I’m lactose intolerant. :-) Sad state! Unable to eat ice cream either, unless it is eaten with food - IE corn chips, not too sweet cookie or cake. Chocolate ice cream and FRITOS are an epicurean’s fondest dream.

I’m repeatedly-flummoxed at the collective ignorance of Americans and others in developed countries.

Chocolate itself was never bad.

It’s all the other crap that they add to it which makes chocolate bad.

That goes for most anything these days...

Just had some....and dark chocolate is not sweet. I also drink plenty of red wine, just in case, for health reasons only.
