Yes; they are always counting the fuel consumed by transportation.
Unless it's the fuel consumed in the manufacture and transportation of solar panels and windmills...:^)

Shouldn’t we be Encouraging Global Warming wherever possible in an effort to stave off the Next Ice Age, which is Guaranteed and recurring all throughout the planets history?
