Ohio State quarterback and top NFL pick Gareon Conley has been accused of rape by a 23-year-old woman one day before the NFL draft. The alleged victim said that Conley, 21, took her to a room in the Westin hotel in Cleveland on April 9 and raped her in the bathroom. Conley's attorney denies the claim against the footballer and says that no charges have been filed in the case - but police say that it is still under investigation. Meanwhile, video obtained by TMZ suggests that his accuser's claims may not fit the timeline of what actually happened.

WHen are we going to start punishing people for making False Sexual Assault and Rape claims. If the VIDEO is Not LYING then she belongs in Prison for at least the same amount of time as the Person she Falsely Accused would receive were he found guilty.

This problem has touched my family. My son was accused by a woman of raping her, when he had never even touched her. She was pregnant by her boyfriend whom she’d been forbidden to see, and to avoid telling the truth, made a false police report. My son was questioned and released and the cops quickly figured out what was really going on, but the ease with which the accusation is made, and the stigma it carries...very bad. Had my son been a different kid, maybe a different race or if his appearance lent itself more to believing the charge, who knows?
If false, she should be prosecuted and imprisoned. If true, then he belongs behind bars. Sadly, even if he is innocent, he will be harmed by the timing of this story.

Only the team that framed the dude knows the truth and knows that no charges will ever be fired. The team gets this player who they really wanted all along at a much later pick which means he’s going to be cheaper for a few years.
