Do not shake the can before inhaling. So I've been told. Similar tales speak of parties with a large tank of nitrous and the host filling balloons with it for guests to enjoy. I'm pretty sure too much can be harmful.

It is NOT clear. The articles says she had a gun and a loaded magazine in her purse. A loaded magazine is not the same as a loaded gun. The article really doesn't say whether or not the loaded magazine was in the gun, but given that it was mentioned separately, I would conclude that it was not in the gun at all. A bullet might have been in the chamber, but that is not stated in the article. So really, go back and read the article and explain how it is clear. Thank you.
