If that had happened here, it’d have been target practice.

How long before someone links a hundred of these together and goes for a ride....?

Reminds me just a little of “Lawn Chair Larry”, who hooked 45 weather balloons to a lawn chair and floated up up up up....to an altitude of 16,000. From the Wikipedia article:
“He took his pellet gun, a CB radio, sandwiches, beer, and a camera.”

I asked for volunteers online for the mannequin for my attempt at this but only Schmuck and Pisslosie replied. Go figure.

Georgian Russians seem to have a knack for believing crazy stuff. Among Americans, they most closely resemble Floridians, who DO crazy stuff. You might even call the line that divides them the Florida-Georgia line.

Cant recall where I saw this, but I did see a guy with maybe 16 drones attached to a frame and linked. He sat underneath the frame in some sort of seating arrangement attached to the frame. The whole operation lifted him into the air.

There is a company that builds drones that can lift 320 pounds and go 90 miles an hour. They rent these to snowboarders.

Wow. Thanks. Latvia is onto something. Especially their prototype use for rescuing people from a burning building with a drone! :)
