A decorated Navy SEAL is under investigation for taking orders on porn sets.
The military is investigating Navy Chief Special Warfare Officer Joseph John Schmidt III for appearing in more than 29 adult films in the last seven years, the San Diego Union-Tribune reported on Friday.
Schmidt, 42, has served for more than 23 years in the military, but has allegedly found time to moonlight as a porn star under the name Jay Voom.
Schmidt has shared the most screen time with his wife, porn star Jewels Jade, but he has also appeared with X-rated actresses Mena Li and Ashden Wells. His portfolio includes titles such as “Apple Smashing Lap Dance” and “Strippers Come Home Horny From the Club.”

His commander did not sign off on his second job (at least I hope he didn’t) and behavior that makes the service look bad. He might lose his pension and Tricare retiree benefits along with VA benefits.
The problem is this: we’ve thrown God out of our culture, and this is the result.
Do you disagree? How are things going in our republic? Do you see more generosity? Loving our neighbors? Daily kindness to strangers? No, the ‘new norm’ is hate, narcissism and division.
Where are young men to find role models? At one time, it was among our military heroes. This man is a shame to America, and to the US Navy.
Sure, but also to the point, the Joint Ethics Regulation bars most active duty military from seeking outside employment without the express advance approval of their command. You can’t just moonlight without asking anybody.
Was the same in the USAF when I was in... Didn’t reenlist when ‘slick cigar bubba’ was ‘elected’.. :p
