The only ‘contest’ he should be overseeing should be a Seinfeldian contest.

Do the Norks know about Warthogs and Apaches and TOW missiles? Do their tank crews know about them?

I was watching Nork TV last night and they were showing some paratroopers jumping from biplanes, that looked like something straight out of WW I.Yes, probably the AN-2. When I was on the ROK ('89-'91) there were signs all over the countryside showing the silhouette of the plane with a warning in Korean and English to report any sightings to the authorities. They were able to fly below a lot of radar, and could even stay aloft with no engine power for quite a while.
The Norks using them as paratrooper infiltration vehicles was a very real concern then, as I'm sure it is now, as well.

I suppose he also selected those who would be chained to the targets.

Fat Boy should have let us play as well.
We could have brought our Warthogs for some show and tell.

I'd think they'd be more concerned with the sensor-fused anti-vehicle cluster bomb. One bomb has 40 smart rocket-propelled sub munitions.
*One* was dropped during GW-II, against an Iraqi mechanized unit heading for a US Marine battalion. It took out about a third of the vehicles, including tanks, and the Iraqi unit decided to surrender at that point.
