Little off there, men lose sex drive as testosterone drops, not ability to father children with age, they may produce fewer sperm, but they are still viable. While women after 40 produce fewer viable eggs with more chromosome irregularities, thus we see an up tick in Down’s Syndrome babies from women in this age category, especially if it is a first baby. Women are delaying that first baby longer. There is also the miscarriage factor that increases after 40. A Woman’s time clock for first baby is 32, should be 25.
Nature in itself shuts down the baby making process when women finish Menopause. Then you have to factor in the necessity for Hysterectomies at any age in a woman’s child bearing years,or the need for Tub-ligation when pregnancy is a risk factor, much surer than the Pill, more cost effective in the long run.

Then you have to factor in meds that kill sex drive in both sexes. Heart meds are a big one. Lyrica, Neurotin to name a few.

With loss of hormones in both sexes come other problems. And no HRT is not always the answer. Science is mixed if it helps or causes cancer, or increase likely hood of it. PAIN plays a roll as more develop Arthritis with age.

Yep. The ‘producers’ are out ‘producing’ Tax Dollars and those that can’t ‘produce,’ breed and suck up all the gravy.

I went a different route; got my three boys as Step-Kids at 3, 4 & 5. Man, that was a lot of work, but tons of fun! :)
