Has there been anything about it in your loal news or in the National News, that you've heard or read of?
Seems it is still the UNSPOKEN DISABILITY, Injury, and Forgotten Wound.

Don't feel bad if you don't know what tbi means. Many Doctors don't know, even with Doctor's having to help tbi victims recover, since 1841 and they still don't know how.
Probably not a “get a cut and bleed” universal response. Finding out who has a hidden TBI (like the NFL players with CTE who commit suicide) had a breakthrough in 2013 but I haven’t checked the most recent studies. The studies have to be replicated, too.
There are ongoing Adult Stem Cell therapy studies, HBOT therapy, and others. Neuroscience is the most amazing and God glorifying science today.

The syndrome Dave referred to has been reclassified and re-acronymed in the latest version of the DSM V(b) [That’s Diagnostic and Statistics Manual (of Psychiatric Disorders) for you non-practioners.] The New name for Trump Un-acceptance & Resistance Disorder is now Trump Resistance Unacceptance and Malicious Political Disorder, which can be used in polite company.
