I have a tablet and desktop (both SSDs) running the latest Win 10, both running flawlessly, and fast.

IMHO, MSFT's problems began when they got really invasive and stopped users from turning off updates.

Yea, they just decided to start doing what Apple's been doing all along. Forced updates, spying on you, that kinda thing.
