Your math assumes single births. Human females are capable of naturally up to 4 at a time and once or twice in history 5 are known though in previous eras such multiples had a low survival rate.
Related is something I know personally which is a woman getting pregnant a second time three months after her first and the subsequent "twins" being born three months apart. There is also at least one set of twins in Germany that has two different fathers.
