My 25 year old sister in law rear ended someone on the highway and they did a blood alcohol at the hospital and it came up .345. Worked for her though because the judge did not believe it. Said he thought it was BS and no one saw her walk or talk until the next day at the hospital and he tossed the case out. I am sure it was correct. She was a drunk.
Wow what’s crazy with chronic alcoholics elevated Bac is a norm I was not drunk at that level I spoke well and walked a straight line even tho my legs were shaking in detoxing I’m just so blessed I got help and been sober since April 2001 I wrote the beeber thread sober he he
Al, you are evidence of a miracle. If you are truly aware that it had been two days, you really should be dead.
You’ve been kept alive for a positive reason. We are really glad you are functional and with us, Al Baby. Please never go back to who you were.
Domestic terrorism. Doing down alcohol or do we ban cars?
I agree 100%. I’ve been hit head on by a drunk driver. Is one of the stupidest things that we allow people to drive drunk, and repeat.
“Some countries have set their blood alcohol limit as zero. Thats 0.00. You wanna drink? Then dont drive. You wanna drive? Then dont drink. Good idea, IMO.”
Better would be allowing you to drive based on your ability to drive safely. There are an awful lot of people who are too stupid to drive, or are physically impaired, or who are on “legal” drugs, or who have mental disorders, all of whom should be subject to a driving ability threshold.
Sometimes a high BAC will result in the inability to use punctuation.
Im not sure what that positive reason may be but my best days sober was to be there when both my folks took their last breath
