When they blow away a Trayvon or gentle giant I am the entire trumpet section.

but when dogs or veterans get the same treatment I don’t support the pigs.

The overriding damning fact, to me at least, is the refusal to listen to the family friend. Most certainly a major problem for these officers.

As a strong supporter of law enforcement, I am puzzled by this happening. An outside investigation should already be in progress.

This is BS!!! I’m am generally a LEO supporter, but this is crap. Every one of these officers should be tried for murder.

Roberts said was hard of hearing, told Marshall he thought someone was outside his house trying to break in.

Well, yes, there was someone trying to break in.

At least the cops all went home safe that night.

There is no way this should be allowed. If the LEOs that did this are not approprialy punished, then a lynch mob perhaps should form. No justice, no peace. Isn’t that what they say?

Murder, it would appear.

Santa Clara PD is notoriously bad. Officers are over aggressive even at traffic stops

When the Officer broke his way into the house through a side door, and saw the Homeowner standing there with a gun, that’s when he should have tried to explain. Perhaps the police are taught to never ‘retreat’ from such a situation.

Maybe the Police Department is slow walking this case, stringing it along for a couple of years, waiting for the widow to pass away.

They were too busy trying to “protect and serve” the hell out of that old man.

They will, as usual, state that the police followed accepted policies and procedures, so there .... deal with it citizens.

The police are told to “TAKE CHARGE” which often ESCALATES a situation. And too many police have earned the hatred of which they complain.
