The article also talks about which environmental regulations Trump will be rolling back. One of things is a repeal of regulations which require power plants to cut the amount of carbon. Myron Ebell from the Conservative Enterprise Institute says that Trump hasn't made a decision on the Paris deal but that it wouldn't make sense to stay in if Trump is repealing those regulations.

“global climate deal “
Well... There is no such thing as “global climate”. It’s all regional climate, and they are all different. Some vary a little, some vary a lot.
How the word “deal” can even be associated with climate is beyond reason. Climate makes no deals. It is not anchored to the ground and can move on as it wishes.
The Paris Deal is about us helping clean up other countries messes. The problem is we end up paying and other countries don’t. It may take Trump some time to strategically deal with Carbon Credit Creeps, but it seems unavoidable.
This is a HUGE issue for me.
Trump has to stay strong!
Global Warming agenda is a socialist-globalist Weapon of Mass Destruction.
Not to mention a false religion.

I don’t believe a single thing the WSJ says.
Trump is 10 feet tall
his children standing one on top of the other don’t reach his knees.
Mr. Kushner and Ms. Trump - brainwashed youngsters in the wrong place at the wrong time.
Really, WSJ?
Nice little try at psyops there, trying to create the rumor that Ivanka and her husband’s discussions with Dad are overheard.
The days of ‘sources close to’ are over. In this age of reporters suddenly interested in investigating every single hair on the carpet, names and dates or it didn’t happen.
Notice it claims that Ivanka and hubby pushed to remove certain language - not to try to keep us in the agreement. fake crap begets fake crap and encourages the concern trolls.
OK!! Everybody pay attention!
Lesson for today:
1. The sun is 1,300,000 times as big as the earth.
2. The sun is a giant nuclear furnace that controls the climates of all its planets.
3. The earth is one of the suns planets.
4. The earth is a speck in comparison to the size of the sun.
5. Inhabitants of the earth are less than specks.
Study Question: How do less-than-specks in congress plan to control the sun?
These liberal Kuschners are political poison. What does Jared have on Trump? This is BAD news.
