I don't know what has changed in society, but I am done.
The stupid protests of the last week have pushed me over.

I really need to move out of California, but my husband has work here.
I'm beginning to think the terrorist have won because they have split our nation.

In my youth, arguing (in the classic sense) with others, especially “Christian” leftists, I was always at a disadvantage (although I only gradually realized why as the years advanced):
I genuinely consider the other side of an argument; my opponents never did me the same courtesy.

They closed me down several years ago until I would provide them with a government issued photo ID. I didn't.

Anything can be the devils tool. It can also be a place to take a stand for issues no matter how unpopular or unwelcome it may be to the devils agenda. FB also has lots of Christians including preachers and even entertainers who stand up for The Gospel and also stand for Conservatism. Today I've read comments from Franklin Graham, Herman Cain, and Charlie Daniels as an example. The sad part of it is you also learn fast how many friends, relatives, etc do not believe in Jesus Christ. Something you really may not have otherwise known about them. It's opportunity and a venue to help them.

I think what made me sad is people that I thought were nice being such jerks. I can’t even imagine posting things about Hillary or Obama like what they are posting about Trump. Then you get called a racist if you support Trump. The funny one was being called a misogynist by a lawyer high school “friend”. I was a female engineer in Silicon Valley 25 years ago.

I changed my name on Facebook to “Celerity”. You can look me up. It’s a single word.
Now US Facebook databases can’t handle single word names, so they were, I think, running into troubles with my name.
So they sent me a message that said I “had” to send them a picture of my ID with the name Celerity listed to be allowed back on the service.
It’s a webpage. I will be DAMNED if a webpage makes demands from me.
Not to mention the liberal a-holes.

it is really sad. My own sister ... she owns a Karaoke company(a big one-105 shows a week) and she deleted my posts when I come in from time to time and debate when political discourse was goin on. she deleted a couple of my posts because she didn’t want to offend a portion of her customer base! You know what my comment was?? someone asked how they could verify fake news. so I commented and left a link to Free Republic!! a few of her gay friends/customers blew a gasket and proceeded to flame me for being a part of a homophobe site! My sister deleted my comments!!! lol... needless to say I unfriended my own sister over it!
It gets ugly but ya cant let it get into your conscience... live on....
