Have you done price checks between Target and Amazon? For many things, you can get better (approved by more positive reviews too) and cheaper at Amazon. So you wait 2 days instead of buying it today.
Target by me has re-modeled to look partly like Best Buy, Dillards, and Walmart combined. Bathroom hasn’t changed.
The worst thing is not enough product choices, mostly foods. Stocking sucks also. One day it’s there, there next nothing. Some prices are okay, but barely. I don’t carry all the products I use, so it’s mostly Kroger...Tom Thumb.
