I’ve listened to other interviews with Assad, and lucid is a good word. Put him up against Obama, Kerry, Clinton, realize that to take him out we’ve allied ourselves with Al Qaeda and ISIS, and you have to wonder what we’re doing there.
The guy was educated in London and is an eye doctor. He never planned to take the top job, much less have to lead a civil war.
It’s AMAZING what the left and the media has turned him into...which is why it’s difficult to believe a damn thing about other claims by the left, like Global Warming, and Russian hacking.
It’s very weird living in a country where the government/media takes the book 1984 as an instruction manual, rather than a warning.
