Nice clip of Sheldon Leonard as Nick the Bartender from “It’s a Wonderful Life”. A great character actor in TV, movies and old time radio. HIs portrayal of the “racetrack tout” on the Jack Benny Show and as “Grogan” on the Phil Harris - Alice Faye Show were hilarious.

Hmm, I’ve been thinking about giving my dad a presidential medal of freedom, he’s actually a great guy. He’s certainly done more than Biden in 30 years of service to the Army.

A recipient who received a medal for doing nothing gives out a medal for doing nothing? So, what would you expect? Easy come easy give. It ain’t over until its over, I’m sure Hillary may get one to for being the “greatest” SOS or for the most “qualified” woman to ever run as president. Saving Hillary’s butt is right up there, the forces behind the scene are pushing it for sure.
Everybody gets a trophy syndrome strikes again. Way to denegrade the significance if said award on a rather insignificant VP.
