A police officer stopped a vehicle for a driving violation just after midnight Tuesday in the city of Ramsey. During the stop, the officer found out the vehicle had been stolen and discovered a woman in labor and seven juveniles with packing tape over their mouths.
There were three adults in the vehicle. The woman who was in labor was transported to a hospital, according to the Ramsey Police Department.
Seven juveniles who were also in the vehicle were initially found unresponsive with the tape over their mouths.
Police say there was no immediate threat to their safety and released them to family members.
One of the adults, a man, was arrested on possession of a stolen vehicle.
I saw that one. More confusion.
Says that the expectant mother was driving the car, but they arrested a male adult for possession of a stolen vehicle.
???

Did the reporter suddenly get taped over his fingers? Where is the rest of the story?
All local news sources are reporting the same vague story.

Well, maybe they would have been responsive (you know: they would have responded) after someone had removed the tape over their mouths!

Nah, they always give the father little chores to keep him occupied: “go boil some water” or “go duct tape some adolescents” or whatever.
Sounds like they were taking a nap with the help of tape.
Again, the local media is covering something up.
Bizarre, but I have my theories. Will wait until the names are released.
If they won't tell us what happened, why even bother to report it?
Names, along with an actual reporting of the facts of this “story”.

Please explain and show your work.
