A mother and her boyfriend allegedly planned the rape and murder of her 14-year-old adopted daughter for over a year.
On Sunday morning, Jacob Sullivan was charged with the kidnapping, rape and murder of Grace Packer. A few hours later, Sara Packer was charged with homicide and 'related offenses.'
Sullivan admitted both were responsible for her murder while in hospital last week after a failed suicide attempt.

It is impossible for us to revel in any earthly punishment the killers may receive because we believe that the worst of it only pales in comparison to the first nanosecond in Hell. For the unbeliever or uninformed there is no such comprehension so they are resorting to what makes sense to them. We can only try to illuminate the unseen as we have come to understand it, as you have been rightly endeavoring.
