Director Gordon Hunt has died at the age of 87.

I once visited an advertising agency and watched some of the artists drawing images.
I was surprised how good they were. Some of the images I had always thought were created by machines or something were actually hand drawn. Even more surprised to learn how little they were making.

Is daughter Helen Hunt had what few actors ever obtain; a hit TV show. For about seven years, Helen co-starred on “Mad About You” starting in the late 1990’s. I haven’t seen Helen on much since then, but no one can take that success away from her. She looks similar to another Plain Jane actress with a strong screen presence; Jodie Foster.
Was Helen Hunt’s father.

If his only directing credit was the opening sequence of The Jetsons, I would respect his genius.
My oldest brother was a good artist and I never knew it until I happened to notice some of his high school notebooks had cartoon characters on them. I asked him and he had drawn them.
He said it was easy and showed me. I guess he got all the talent as I can barely draw stick figures.
His youngest daughter is a professional artist but I don’t think she makes much. She has had several shows of her work and on the internet it appears she has a lot of sales but it really doesn’t add up to a whole lot over a year.
