Sorry, but that’s not it. Hillary’s faithless electors are not Republicans, they are Democrats. None of them voted for John Kasich. None of them would have wanted a republican president. That’s not how the electors work. Had Trump WON Oregon and four of the GOP electors bolted, that could be true. These were the electors selected by the democrats not those selected by the GOP. Those electors did nothing yesterday just like the 38 democratic electors from Texas did nothing yesterday. I believe Hillary’s faithless electors casted their boats to show what they perceive to be the idiocy of the electoral college: that electors can vote for whoever they want.
