I'll give one thing to the despicable commies. They never give up trying to make this idiotic economic theory work in real life only to fail time after time. They're more indefatigable than Charlie Brown trying to kick the football.

Ukranians had a very hard time getting a meal out of Stalin, too.

they discovered that “you can’t make payroll and your bills with Facebook and Tumblr ‘likes.'”

Anybody know how long this little experiment in futility lasted?

Believe it or not, five years! I’m sure they were in the red the whole time, pun intended.

Marx, and all his followers, are a pestilence on Earth.

I bet the smell of weed, patchouli, and B.O. was overpowering in this joint

Seriously, reading the article, its as if the proprietors had no business acumen. Or even a desire to succeed. Done in by their own misguided beliefs

Well, pestilence such as locusts still play a role in the world by providing biomass as a food source for many animals. I cannot think of a single value-add thing commies deliver.

You can’t make payroll with likes registered in web sites??? Who knew????

I hope they learned some real life lessons about running a business from this experience.

Or will they conclude that evil capitalism is somehow unfair to those with Simon pure hearts for communism???? And that they would have survived if not for evil places like Subway or Quiznos taking their business????

You can get it cheap, you can get it now or you can get good quality. Pick any two.

Marxists have been banging their heads against that reality for as long as they’ve plagued this planet.

That really is surprising. I suspect the owners have deep pockets or political connections.

A real Marxist restaurant would have 2 menu items and run out of ingredients after 1 hour.

(in their minds) Well, it’s not their fault!! It’s the customer that is at fault ;p

The thing with restaurants, when people stop coming the owners are often clueless as to why - even when it’s as plain as day to the customer.

- Fresh, tasty food
- Good service
- Reasonable price
- Clean establishment
- Don’t be political

It’s amazing how many fail at one or all. I was recently in CA, saw a nice looking restaurant, then saw a very noticeable BLM poster at the door. Next.

There is a Vegan restaurant here in Phoenix. During our electric light parade every other place was packed and people were overflowing everywhere . The Vegan place was practically empty. I figured this place is not going to be around very long.
