It’s going on right now. The middle judge appears to be an activist trying to justify the recount out of midair. There is no reason for this recount which the AG is patiently explaining over and over.

The simple answer to this is for the Governor and the SoS to say that the state of MI has certified it’s electoral votes in accordance with state election law as proscribed by the MI Legislature and in accordance with the US Constitution, and there will be no further recounts. Why the states continue to be held hostage to activist judges is beyond me.

Yeah, the middle judge scares me. Outside two seem reasonable. But you never know what a judge is thinking....

Lawyer for Stein is arguing that no proof or evidence is required to trigger a recount since the statute only requires a “grievance.” Lawyer says it is not the courts job to define grievance.

AG and Trump lawyers did a solid job. Stein lawyers were bad IMO. Of course I am biased as hell.
Lawyers in house....how long do you expect it will take for a decision?
