Your scenario is epic! Negan confuses me in his thought process. He killed all the men (aged 10 and over) from the group at Oceanside. However, he only killed 2 from Rick’s group. I did see Negan look “a bit guilty” after he made Carl cry and then sort of explained he was “busting his (blanks) and that is what guys do (and followed up with “Your Dad should be telling you this”) So yes... maybe Negan sees himself as a potential “father” figure to “mold” Carl in his own image and likeness. Thanks RR!
What if Negan had a son, who was killed in the Oceanside people’s fight. That would explain why Negan killed all the men and teenagers. Maybe because his son was 10. That would also explain his relationship with Carl. I forget how old Carl is supposed to be now.

I know it’s impractical, (heck if I was there I’d shave my head) but it T.V.. Michonne would not look as cool if she was bald!

Darryl and Jesus are at the Sanctuary.
Michonne is on her way to the Sanctuary.
Negan and Carl are at Alexandria.
Rick and Aaron, Eugene and Rosita, and Spencer are arriving at Alexandria.
