San Francisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick has purchased a $3.21million condominium in Manhattan. Kaepernick, who recently put his San Jose, California home up on the market, bought a 1,733 sq ft unit with two bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms.  The apartment building in TriBeCa also features oversized windows, a whirlpool tub in the master bathroom and vaulted ceilings.

Funny how kraperdick never mentioned Trump in any of his press appearances, but as you astutely observed, he along with many other things resulted in Trump's ascendancy.

No noisy city sirens 24/7. No muggings on the way out the front door. Had a water well when we moved in and had to treat and filter is to take out the heavy iron bacteria - close to the coast and the water isn't all that good. Moved to city water and sewage (by edict) about 4 years ago and it sucked (color of tea) but the y put in a reverse osmosis system and it has been a lot better - still use a Black Berkey filter for drinking water but it seems OK straight from the tap too.

It is nice to be able to fire up the grill and cook some dead cow though.
