Posted on 11/28/2016 7:56:06 PM PST by Stopthethreat

Can Trump request for recounts to be done targeting sanctuary cities? Isnt this where most of the illegal votes are cast?

Just ask for a recount in California. If He still can Trump should do this. It would FREAK THE DEMS OUT!

I don’t think illegal aliens are the biggest problem when it comes to vote fraud... you have the entirety of the rat machinery gathering intel in neighborhoods for the vote thieves to use... you have huge numbers of legal immigrants that aren’t citizens voting ,, you have no cross checking so here in FL we have people voting in NY/NJ and FL by mail ... and doing it year after year...

The Trump DOJ will no doubt be thorough when applying existing law to Sanctuary cities... With the mail in ballots (finally) counted and the fraud ballots excluded Trump may well have won California.

The problem with Cali as I understand it is that you cannot tie a vote to a voter ... it’d be great though to force all of the the supervisor(s) of elections to verify eligibility of each voter who cast a ballot and define the scope of the problem. That info could be used as the basis for new laws and Federal “oversight” to maintain the integrity of the vote.

You mean can a candidate “cherry pick” what gets a recount. I hope not. That leaves things open for all kinds of mischief.

Before the last term of Obama I encountered a table of “activists” in a commercial area adjacent to the University of Denver campus soliciting students passing by to register to vote.

I inquired of the “activists” as to how did they know if a student was also registered to vote in their home state as many DU students are from out of state or even out of country. The response was that it was not their problem. It was up to the local voting authority in Denver to figure that out.

How many double votes slipped through that crack in Denver and no doubt through most every college campus nationally?

But isn’t that what Al Gore did? He only wanted recounts in certain, highly-democrat counties.

That’s right. He cherry-picked recounts that would benefit him.

You also have college students, encouraged to register to vote in the states where they attend school. Many of these people likely also vote absentee back in their old neighborhood. I’d like a cross check of them to find out the level of fraud they commit.

I’ve always wondered how many college students are voting twice — registered at home and again at school in a different county or state. Or just people with vacation homes. For that matter, what stops people who work in a different county from using a business address to register a second time and vote both ?

There really should be a national voter registrar to prevent this type of double voting. Mail-in, absentee, and early voting should never have gotten started without this assurance.

Trump could but it would violate the agreement Repubs made years ago to not challenge election results and would likely not be able to challenge now and would extend the agreement expiration date another 4 years.

why did so many Fr’s miss all the mentions about this in recent months?

here are some articles about it:

I think Bush v. Gore handled the question.

Wouldn’t do any good, they are legal voters there...if you have a drivers license you can legally vote. They give a drivers license to anyone who needs one. That is the law that must be changed.

It wouldn’t work in CA...all of them are LEGAL voters according to DMV records.

In CA you cannot distinguish between legal and illegal...all have VALID drivers licenses which is all that is required.
