Is the recount going to be denied? Not that it will ultimately matter in the end, but please let it be so!!!
I think there is an easy solution to this.
First off, a recount will not determine irregularities in voting. Second, if that is not the case, then Stein is asking for a recount based on votes for and against... Stein. As I see it, unless a PAC is paying for this, which they aren’t, contributions to Stein need to meet FEC laws. This means, anything over 2k for Stein is an illegal contribution and cannot be accepted by Wisconsin as payment for the recount.
What would be illegal about it?
That is the loophole they need to tell her to go pound sand.

If I was a RAT election supervisor, I would be very wary of this. Sure, they might want the recount to be successful, but there is a 99.9% chance that DJT will be President in a few weeks. And there will be punishment for those who tried to cheat him...

I don’t see it this way, through the lens of Stein. Her Green Party requested a recount in 2004 (Ohio). I see this as no different...she raises a ton of money, and is able to fund her party for the next 4 years. I think the last thing she cares about is actually counting votes - she’s just scamming HRC supporters out of money.
The recount in Pennsylvania is extremely unlikely to occur. The other two (WI and MI) shouldn’t happen either. Stein got very few votes and should have no standing!
But she will—as she stated in her “appeal” take the money and run. I wonder what she will use it for.

Where is the Wisconsin Board of Elections and Secretary of State? No one in sight to determine if this request is legal, valid, required under law, without proof of wrongdoing or up front payment for the service!!! The Secretary of State reports to Governor, Scott Walker....where is he? Just heard that estimated fee for recount must be paid by tomorrow. The Stein campaign says they raised the money, but is that in pledges or cash? We will se tomorrow as Wisconsin will not accept pledges.
