“As far as I’m concerned he’s violated the Hatch Act most definitely. Every bit of his assets in this country should be seized until the outcome of his crime has been adjudicated.”

He’s a billionaire who has Rothschild, Rockefeller, Brezinski and Kissinger connections. Let me know how that works out.

And I contend his activities are federal in nature because they are set up as non-profit advocacy which exempts from taxes. In that vein his enterprise activities in steering elections is “public” and “federal” in a sense.

I’d at least give a viper prosecutor the opportunity to stretch its meaning out and have it judged for what it is.

We have laws against instigating a riot.

Civil suits for property damage and physical injuries would be just fine.

We need to get rid of dual citizenship. You are either American, or you are not. No in-betweens.

No. Hatch Act is for Government Employees, not citizens.

Corrections, insights welcome on the following stuff.

First, the Surpreme’s struck down limits on campaign funding.

Supreme Court strikes down limits on federal campaign donations

But since corrupt lawmakers didn't do their jobs to consider the ramifications of the Court’s decision, they fail to make laws to prevent people like Soros from interfering with federal elections.

H O W E V E R …

We probably wouldn’t have had problems with terrorist Soros funding Hillary if the corrupt feds had done their job to indict Hillary with criminal charges instead of giving us a dog-and-pony show with Hillary and letting her go since they wanted corrupt Hillary to be president anyway to complement their corruption.

I’m glad Trump won. But although he’s going to drain the swamp, I question if constitutionally low-information Trump really understands how big the swamp is at this point in time.

Sorry texting while riding auto fill is mot my friend

From context though you should have understood Soros is not a government employee. Hatch act does NOT apply to him

I KNOW all that. See post#23. Hell, Roberts redefined the ACA penalties as a tax (and then not a tax). I’m just say if he’s got money here used for non-profit political agitation, then we can damn well have an honest government and a hound dog prosecutor figure out a way to charge him.

Negative vibes man.....those negative vibes. Already done too much of that in the run up to November 8 from our side.

It is called FAITH - what’s right and just.

“He’s a billionaire who has Rothschild, Rockefeller.......”

and therein lies the problem. Unfortunately this post will more than likely cause the necessity of an explanation. NOT in the mood today.

There are laws for how US citizens conduct themselves with respect to elections. Soros broke them all. There are laws related to sedition & treason. Soros has broken many of them. All we need is an honest FBI and DOJ. Perhaps we’ll have them with Trump and Soros will spend the rest of his detestable life in jail.
