Drop out of this farce of peaceful organization and tear down those building. I would love to see a section 8 housing development replace it. It’s a win win poor Peale get to interact with the 1/5th percent of highest wealthy and the libs will have to find a different way home

What a great Casino/Hotel complex that would make. That site, that view. A bonanza for New York, city and state.
Consider the jobs, vast tax revenue, much better clientele than the present “occupants”.
